I love how early they’re open! You can go before you hit the gym or after and enjoy a protein smoothie! They also have vegan options. 🥳 The aloha smoothie and waffles were DELICIOUS!

My mango drink was lovely, made with mangos, a healthy protein base and chili for a kick (they asked first on the chili). Lots of healthy options, many gluten free. Owners were very kind, answered questions freely and were clearly passionate about their mission to share healthy food with Harrisonburg.
